I’m so glad you’re here! This blog is my space to share snippets of behind-the-scenes moments and a glimpse of who I am, along with my thoughts and tips on voiceover as both a craft and an industry.

Writing from the perspective of over 10 years in the field, I’ve gained experience not only as a voiceover artist but also as an audio producer, casting agent, director, and audio editor. These roles have given me a unique view from all sides of the industry, and I’m excited to share insights that might inspire, educate, or just entertain you.

So, whether you know me from my voiceover work, my other businesses, or just stumbled across my site, I thought it’d be fun to start this blog with something a little different. Instead of the usual introduction, here are 15 things you might not know about me. Let’s dive in!


1. My star sign is Leo. A very typical one at that. Ambitious, dramatic, prone to taking the lead, in need of pampering, creative, and a born performer.


2. I love fantasy. Vampires, unicorns, fairies, hobbits – you name it.


3. I listen to true crime and psychology audiobooks. Love combining them with my self-care and workout sessions.


4. I suck at reading books though. It only happens once every couple of years or so. I need to be away from home and in a vacay-mode to focus that much.


5. My favorite color is millennial pink. Lol. I actually didn’t know that’s what it’s called, but hey, it fits!


6. I love crystals. I know they’re trendy now, but I’ve been a stone collector since the 2000s – back when it wasn’t quite as cool…


7. I love animals. I’ve had all kinds of pets, from gerbils to a pig. Dogs are my biggest love though, and I currently have two German Shepherds who are the apples of my eye.


8. I’m too creative for my own good. I love writing, photography, making videos, web designing, and I used to write and compose music. I’ve also had hobbies like baking and decorating cakes, as well as designing intricate nail art – both of which could take me hours and hours at a time. I get a lot of ideas, so I always have something going on. It’s both a blessing and a curse.


9. My favorite music is electronic. I come from a gothic and metal background though, so I still have a soft spot for some of that too.


10. I love languages. Time is often an obstacle, but I enjoy learning and challenging myself. In addition to speaking Finnish and English, I’ve learned a bit of Swedish, Hebrew, and Spanish.


11. My favorite food is french fries. I seriously cannot get bored of fries. Pair them with a burger, a nice steak, a toastie, or even dip them in a milkshake – it all works for me. I also love nacho bowls, pizza, and a nice chicken salad.


12. My all-time favorite show is Friends. It fits every mood, life situation, and company.


13. One of my biggest pet peeves is a pen that doesn’t work or an item I can’t find. Enough said.


14. My biggest phobias are claustrophobia and trypophobia. But I’m not a fan of spiders either.


15. I’m what the Germans would call a “morgenmuffel.” Aka NOT a morning person. I need a couple of hours of silence, chilling with the dogs, and absolutely no conversation to wake up.
